Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty Attends the Grand Opening of Mexico Sotheby’s International Realty Offices, Featuring the Global Debut of Baja’s Danzante Bay Resort

Also showcased at the grand opening was The Villa Group’s new residential resort development, Danzante Bay at the Islands of Loreto, located on the Sea of Cortez in Baja Sur. “Danzante Bay has been extremely well-received as a second-home destination both in Mexico and the U.S.” noted Jones. “It’s an ideal escape for those of us from the Pacific Northwest and we’re looking forward to sharing this opportunity with our brokers and clients throughout the west coast.”

The grand opening in Mexico City provided a great occasion to learn about luxury real estate across Latin America, while socializing with both familiar and new affiliate faces from around the network. Representatives from Central and South America attended, including those from Argentina, Brazil, Ecuador, Guatemala, and Chile. They joined North American affiliates from Toronto, New York City, Denver, Vail, Houston, Dallas, San Diego, Los Angeles, and of course, Sotheby’s owners and brokers from throughout Mexico.

“The luxury residential real estate market in Mexico City is experiencing tremendous growth,” Philip White, president and chief executive officer of Sotheby’s International Realty Affiliates LLC, said in a press release. “The area has attracted many new developments, mainly luxury high-rise projects with top-of-the-line amenities, and has also seen an increase in overall inventory.  We are proud to welcome Mexico Sotheby’s International Realty to our global network.”
